AGA Classes

Pre-School Age Program

The purpose of this beginner class is to have parents work side-by-side with their child in a fun, safe, and comfortable atmosphere. This class helps toddlers get a head start on developing gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills, and interactive play. Children will learn how to explore various surfaces and how to do basic gymnastics with a coach and parent in collaboration. The children learn how to jump, do rolls, learn spatial awareness, develop hand-eye coordination, and start to work on balance. Music is also incorporated to increase excitement and encourage movement! This class is designed to be fun and high-energy where you and your child will enjoy being together in a gymnastics environment. The progressions of this class follow those of our Little Tumblers class, but with a parent by their side. Once children are ready to be independent of their parents and at the coach’s discretion, they are invited to move to our Little Tumblers Class.
